The Ospreys cup launch night will be held on the 1st of September 7.00pm at the Liberty Stadium in Swansea.

All sides that have entered the competition are required to attend with 1 coach and 1 player from each entered side (15s and 16s). All coaches and players must wear club colours on the evening (players in kit, coaches in training top/hoody)

On the evening you will be required to pay your £40 entry fee to a tournament organiser in either cash or a cheque made out to Ospreys Community Fund.

The evening will last 2 hours with presentations from the WRU on the new department structure and the Ospreys on ticketing and kit initiatives as well as a Q and A with Ospreys players ahead of their first Guinness PRO12 match away to Ulster.

The evening will also include the draw for the Ospreys cup and a tour of the liberty stadium.
